The Neptun Customer Loyalty Card
Our Customer Loyalty Card offers customers savings, security and support:
- 10% discount on everything except prescription drugs
- A yearly statement of prescription co-payments and healthcare expenditure can be stored upon request, which can be provided to the customer for Health Insurance or Tax returns
- A history of dispensed medications allows us to determine and inform about possible interactions and side effects
- you show us your proof of exemption once and we note this on your customer card

Additional savings can be made with the Loyalty Booklet.
- For transactions 15€ and over you receive one stamp.
- After achieving 10 stamps, you instantly receive a 25€ Purchase value as a thank you
Terms and conditions:
- One stamp per day.
- To receive a stamp the transaction must be at least 15€.
- Valid only for products that are available without prescription.
- The 25€ cannot be paid out in cash and must be used in one transaction.
- No discount combinations possible.
The Neptun Loyalty Booklet
Additional savings can be made with the Loyalty Booklet.
- For transactions 15€ and over you receive one stamp.
- After achieving 10 stamps, you instantly receive a 25€ Purchase value as a thank you
